The Edmunds were fortunate enough to score a day off during a very busy tour schedule while in New Orleans on March 9th. We stopped by the Gumbo Shop for dinner and enjoyed some jambalaya, Chicken Gumbo and Crawfish etouffee...it was a little slice of cajan heaven! After dinner we decided to walk  over to Cafe Du Monde for some beignets. During our stroll we happened upon a man standing behind a table filled with wine glasses with varying levels of water in them. This interesting character would wet his fingers and spin them around the edges of the different ...

The Original Hybrid?

After Edmund’s been tour around TX for the past week, and one thing I’ve noticed is that Texans love their cars. (And AE likes looking at their cars too). Recently we’ve come across an ‘09 supped up Challenger, a Lamborghini Diablo and this, the original hybrid car. snc00010 Texas! I think Ford should get some royalties for being 30 years ahead of the curve. Y

AE receives Dove Award Nomination

Hey folks, After Edmund's album Hello has now added a new accolade to its roster. In December, the album was nominated for a Grammy award for best Rock or Rap Gospel album, but now, when we thought it couldn’t get any better, Hello has now been nominated for the Dove Award for best contemporary rock album of '08. The awards are handed out in late April. We’ll let you know if anything comes of it. The awards show (now in it’s 40th year) will be broadcast by our good friends (really, we like them a lot) over at Gospel Music ...

AE has now launched a new site and we're going to experiment with keeping you all up to date on our daily lives via this blog (currently down the right side of your screen). We're going to try to post like mad to give you plenty of stuff to read. we might post photos. videos, gig stories, funny stories, great restaurants, music reviews, and anything else we can think of...
